Important note: This site is an introduction and download platform for the Clash client. Data processing by the Clash client itself is governed by the corresponding open-source project and is independent of this site's privacy policy. Please refer to the documentation in the relevant GitHub repository.

Please read this policy carefully before using this site's services. By continuing to use this site, you agree to the terms of this policy.

How We Use Information

The limited anonymous technical data we collect is used only for the following legitimate purposes:

Legal compliance: Retaining necessary access logs when required by applicable laws and regulations to cooperate with lawful judicial or regulatory proceedings
We never sell, rent, or exchange any of your data with third-party commercial entities, nor do we use your data for targeted advertising.

GitHub: This site includes external links to GitHub repositories. When you click through to GitHub, GitHub's privacy policy applies. See the GitHub Privacy Statement

This site does not integrate any ad networks or marketing tracking platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, etc.) and will not track your cross-site behavior for advertising purposes.
06

Data Security

We implement multiple technical and administrative measures to protect the limited data collected by this site from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure:

Site-wide HTTPS encryption: All pages on this site are transmitted via TLS/SSL encryption, protecting data between your browser and our servers
IP anonymization: IP addresses are truncated and anonymized for analytics (e.g., the last octet of IPv4 is zeroed out); full IP addresses are not stored
Data minimization: We follow the principle of collecting only the minimum data necessary for service delivery and do not collect any information beyond operational needs
Access control: Server access logs are available only to a very small number of operations personnel and are subject to access audit records
Regular security reviews: We regularly conduct security scans and vulnerability remediation on website infrastructure, keeping dependencies and server software at the latest secure versions
Due to the inherent nature of internet transmission, no website can guarantee absolute data security. However, we are committed to ongoing investment in security resources to minimize the risk of data breaches.
07

Children's Privacy

This site is a tool introduction and download platform aimed at technical users, with content that has a certain level of technical complexity. This site is intended for adult users with full legal capacity.

We do not target minors (under 18) and do not proactively collect personal information from minors. If you are a minor, please use this site under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian, who shall be responsible for related online activities.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it promptly upon verification. If you believe we may hold data relating to a minor, please notify us through the appropriate channels on this site.
08

Your Privacy Rights

Under applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to the EU GDPR and China's Personal Information Protection Law), you have the following rights regarding data processed by this site that relates to you:

Your Legal Rights
Right to be informed: You have the right to know how we collect and use your data (as set out in this policy)
Right of access: You have the right to access data we hold that relates to you
Right to erasure: Where permitted by law, you have the right to request deletion of data relating to you (the "right to be forgotten")
Right to restrict processing: In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we limit how your data is processed
Right to refuse cookies: You can decline non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings (see Section 4 for details)
Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe our processing of your data violates applicable law, you have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority
